The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
The changeover day for this holiday home is normally Saturday, but please contact us as we are very flexible and will try to accommodate you as much as possible.
Notes to rental rates:
The owners are prepared to let the property for short (less than one week) or long periods (longer than two weeks), just contact us with your requirements.
A fold down bed is available if required for a fifth person although this would incur an extra charge of £5 per night.
Notes to payments:

A non-refundable deposit of £100 (GPB) is payable on booking to secure your chosen holiday period.

A £100 (GBP) refundable security deposit must also be paid along with the remainder of the balance, 4 weeks prior to departure. This will be returned to you after your holiday, once it has been confirmed that no damage has occured during your stay.

If your departure date is less than 4 weeks from the time you book, then the full balance (including security deposit) must be paid at time of booking.

All prices in the table above exclude 55 euros, which must be paid locally for cleaning.

All guests are personally met at the property with keys / alarm codes / questions etc between 8am-9pm. Outside of these hours a small charge is payable upon arrival:

for check in or out required between 9pm - midnight & anytime on Sundays @ 15 euros

midnight - 8am @ 30 euros

Payment methods accepted for deposits and / or final balances

We accept cheques (drawn on a UK bank) as payment for your holiday. Please note that payment is only deemed to be accepted once your cheque has cleared. Please contact us for a postal address if you wish to pay by cheque. |

We can accept payment securely online from your Paypal account, credit card / debit card or even your own bank account (via Paypal). Paypal is a safe, easy and secure means of online payment. You can create a free Paypal account very easily if you do not have one.
Simply work out how much you need to pay using the table and 'Notes to payments' above, then click the 'Pay Now' button and enter that figure into the box provided on the next screen.
Note: Clicking the 'Pay Now' button will take you to the secure Paypal servers.
